I saw this little cute thing and I tried it.  I really liked it, its small so it fits everywhere and it really does work good with the shine problem.  As opposed to other powders, this vaseline like product brings down the shine without cacking or anything like that. I love it! I think that instead of sticking MAC's blot powder in my purse, I will be carrying this around, its so small! and you need almost nothing to bring down the shine.  Its $28.00 at the store, but I got it from my mom's friend (who sells smashbox makeup) for $10.00
Compact Anti-Shine

Pros: The size and the fact that it dosen't cake on
Cons: It might be expensive for some. I got it for $10.00 and I think that I would definitly buy this product again.

do not expect to use the whole thing i paid nearly 30 bucks for this and had to trash half of it due to it breaking in its compact and crumbling all over the place the worst part was when i told the smashbox co. how dissapointed i was they never wrote back any thing they do not give a darn i still like brow tech but i will probably look for a replacement cause im not spending money w/ a co who so blatantly does not care!

Pros: nice coverage
Cons: wont get but a few uses

Soft Light Powders are designed to be used over the Skin Tints or powder blushes. They come in several different shades- the one I have is Smashing Tint. It gives a soft bronze glow to the face. I'd say it's a bronzy pink with a touch of gold. When I say bronze though I don't mean your typical bronzer look. I have never used another product like it and never want to be without it. I don't believe there is anything else that compares to it. It is shimmery but not glittery. It's recommended that it be applied with the Smashbox Blush Brush.

Pros: Gives the skin a beautiful glow
Cons: A little pricy but lasts a long time

This is one of many products that I purchased to help control the shine on my face.  The MA recommended it to me and I bought it immediately because of my love for most Smashbox products. That is a line that I am totally in love with.

This is basically a blot powder and it does what it is supposed to do just not to the extent that the MA said it would (of course).  I was told that this powder could minimize the appearance of my pores and keep me matte for most of the day.  I'm not sure if my pores look smaller, but  I'm sure that I am NOT matte most of the day.

This is not a bad product at all.  I like it and it comes in the beautiful black packaging as all SB products do - I think that looks very sophisticated.  It is a pressed powder which comes with a sponge that can be used for application.  However, the sponge is rather flimsy and eats a lot of the product due to it is made of a foam-type material.  I prefer to use it with my fluffy powder brush - I get much better results that way.  Also, this powder comes in three very neutral colors - #2 , #4, and #6.  There is a very slight color deposit when using this, so do be sure to choose the right shade for your skintone, otherwise, you may become washed out.

I would buy this product again if it were not for the price.  At $28, I do feel that it is very over priced.  Its a good blot powder, but a cheaper alternative would be MAC Blot Powder, which is also quite nice.

Pros: Great blot powder; nice packaging
Cons: Pricey
